Nourishing Habits - Join us for a 6 Week Journey

We would love for you to join me and Sara Fieschi from Food Spirit Wellness for a 6 week journey to explore and establish nourishing habits that will support you in feeling rejuvenated, with a renewed, deeper connection with yourself whilst being supported in a community of like-minded people.

Together we will introduce and thread in simple yet powerful Ayurvedic Wisdom and Functional Medicine Principles.

The journey includes 6 x weekly 1.5 hour workshops (to be held at 7.30pm AEDT), weekly workbooks and a community Facebook to support your explorations, integrations and sharing. We have three bonus offerings: Sara will be using your astrological chart to provide you with your own unique moon nourishment information. Tracey will offering a 45min live Full Moon and 45min New Moon live gathering to support you in releasing what no longer serves and planting powerful intentions to create during our 6 weeks journey together and beyond.

The topics that will be explored are:

Week 1- Nourishing Habits

As humans we naturally evolve together, improving our habits in a dynamic community supports and motivates us to develop better habits. Creating community is also a powerful way to become more accountable to yourself. We will explore the 3 Rs of making nourishing habits: Reminder, Routine, Reward, whilst being reminded of the the powerful 5 elements that surround us, earth, water, fire, air and space (or ether).

Week 2- Hydration/Water

Water is the most important nutrient in the body. We will explore the important roles of deep hydration on the body. The early and chronic signs of dehydration. How much water you should drink to support optimal wellness.

Week 3- Breath

Breathing adequately helps to calm the nervous system by inducing the parasympathetic system and when it comes to digestion- 'rest and digest’ response. We will explore breathing techniques and why it is vital you are breathing properly to support a greater state of health.

Week 4- Mindful Eating

Every cell of the body depends on the digestive system to provide the nutrients it needs for structure and function. We will explore simple mindful eating practices that are digestion-supporting.

Week 5- Body Love

Your body is your vehicle on this Earth and is always communicating with you. We will explore simple practices to support you to re-connect with your body. Allow it to guide you to activities that serve you well. Together with supporting other systems such as detox.

Week 6- Sleep

Sleep is a crucial part of our daily routine. We will explore how getting enough quality shut eye, will help you through many of your health hurdles. Together with several ideas you could use to set up a space that is conducive to sleep.
