By coordinating movement with the breath and paying attention to the sensations in the body as we move, we focus on mind-body awareness.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga uses static holds to strengthen and enhance the health of the body’s connective tissue framework.
Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is modified yoga to allow participants to perform exercises seated in chair. It is suitable for seniors, people recovering from injuries and those living with disabilities to experience the benefits of mindful yoga.

Bowen Technique is a dynamic system of muscle and connective tissue therapy used to heal the body.

Class timetable
My classes are intuitively based on the energy of the space and those who are in it. They are a blend of mostly Yin and Mindful Yoga. Thursday mornings are Chair Yoga.
